FHOS Rewards Program Policy

The FHOS Asia Rewards Points Program is designed to reward customers who purchase eligible products on FHOS.ASIA. You may earn rewards points when purchasing selected FHOS products and redeem them according to the redemption options displayed on the website or in your member account at the time.

1. How to Earn Rewards Points

For eligible product purchases on FHOS.ASIA, you will earn 1 rewards point for every HK$1 spent.

Rewards points apply only to eligible product purchases, including FHOS skincare products, body care products and beauty devices.

Rewards points are calculated based on the actual amount paid for eligible products, excluding shipping fees, taxes, administrative fees, discounts, coupon codes, store credit, gift cards or any amount not actually paid.

Rewards points are generally issued to your FHOS.ASIA member account after the order has been paid and fulfilled.

2. Items Not Eligible for Rewards Points

The following items do not earn rewards points:

FHOS professional Treatments
Treatment Packages
Membership packages
Store credit or prepaid value plans
Complimentary services, gifts or promotional giveaway items
Amounts paid using store credit, gift cards, coupon codes or other discounts
Draft Orders
Shipping fees, taxes or administrative fees
Any other products, services or promotions stated on the website as not eligible for points accumulation

If an order contains both eligible products and non-eligible items, rewards points will only be calculated based on the actual amount paid for eligible products.

3. Orders Using Store Credit or Discounts

If an order is paid using store credit, coupon codes, gift cards or other discounts, rewards points will only be calculated based on the remaining actual amount paid for eligible products after such deductions.

Orders or amounts paid using store credit will not earn additional rewards points.

4. Points Expiry

Rewards points are valid for 365 days.

Unused rewards points will automatically expire after the validity period. Expired, cancelled or voided points cannot be extended, reinstated, refunded or exchanged for cash, store credit, products or other services.

The actual points validity period and usage restrictions shall be based on the information displayed in your member account or on FHOS.ASIA.

5. Points Redemption and Coupon Code Expiry

You may redeem rewards points according to the redemption options displayed on FHOS.ASIA or in your member account at the time.

Once rewards points are redeemed for a coupon code, the coupon code will be valid for 30 days. The coupon code must be used within the validity period and cannot be used, extended, reinstated or reissued once expired.

Rewards points and coupon codes redeemed using rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, refunded, exchanged or combined with another member account.

Coupon code usage may be subject to minimum spend requirements, selected product restrictions, usage limits, expiry dates, exclusions from other promotions or other applicable conditions.

6. Returns, Refunds and Order Cancellations

If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded or partially refunded, the related rewards points will be cancelled, deducted or recalculated based on the actual completed transaction amount.

If you have already used the related points and the order is later refunded, cancelled or adjusted, FHOS Asia reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points from your member account, adjust your available points balance, or request the return of the corresponding promotional value.

If you used a coupon code redeemed with rewards points for an order and the order later qualifies for a full refund, the related points may be returned to your member account according to the system settings. The actual handling will be subject to system records and final review by FHOS Asia.

7. Member Account and Points Enquiries

You must complete your purchase using the same FHOS.ASIA member account in order to earn and redeem rewards points.

If points are not automatically accumulated due to the use of different email addresses, different accounts, failure to log in, incorrect information or other customer-related reasons, FHOS Asia may review the case at its discretion but does not guarantee that points can be manually credited.

8. Points Adjustment and Program Changes

FHOS Asia reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Rewards Points Program, points earning methods, redemption methods, eligible products, expiry periods and related terms at any time without prior notice.

In the event of system errors, incorrect point issuance, misuse, suspicious transactions, fraud, breach of terms or any improper use, FHOS Asia reserves the right to cancel orders, adjust points, deduct points, suspend member accounts or cancel related rewards benefits.
